Yes. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation so we can talk about what's going on and whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure and no commitment to continue.
We start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit—no cost or commitment. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available, so if cost is a concern, just ask during your consultation. Otherwise, individual sessions are $185 and couples or family sessions are $200 for a 50-minute session.
Yes. All sessions are held securely by video through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. I see clients anywhere in California. There are no in-person sessions at this time.
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes. The free initial consultation is 15 minutes.
My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, compassion-focused work, and family systems perspectives. I tailor therapy to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.
Sessions are available in English and Vietnamese.
I work with children (ages 6+), preteens, teens, adults, individuals, couples, families, parents, and caregivers. I am especially mindful of how culture, family, and identity shape the therapy experience.
