How I work

Online therapy across California

All sessions are held securely by video through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You can meet from home, work, or anywhere private — no commute, no waiting room. Sessions are available in English and Vietnamese.

Individual therapy

One-on-one support for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem, and major life changes. We'll work at your pace to build insight, coping skills, and confidence.

Couples therapy

For partners stuck in the same arguments or feeling disconnected. Rebuild communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen trust and emotional closeness.

Family therapy

Support for parents, caregivers, and families navigating behavior challenges, household tension, parenting stress, or transitions that affect everyone.
